Lunch Break Reiki

As a Reiki master/teacher, I have been seeing 1-1 clients for some time and I am always so honored to participate in their healing and transformation. I have also had the pleasure of offering many group sessions and it is such a beautiful way to bring Reiki to more people. 

Healing in a group is just as powerful and has the additional bonus of creating community and connections, which are so important now more than ever. 

These sessions will be on zoom, but staying on camera and sharing are optional (although I do prefer you have your camera on at the beginning so everyone can feel safe and comfortable knowing who is there).  The first half of the hour will be for reiki and the second half will be for sharing and connecting.  If you prefer a shorter session, you may leave at the end of the reiki portion.

All workshops will be on a Friday from 12-1pm pacific.  Sessions could end earlier or later depending on the sharing portion. Upcoming dates are:
